Doctor services
Our doctors will provide the necessary virtual consultations via voice call or video call within 30 minutes. Our doctors will also write a medical report after completing the session, with the possibility of modification if required.

The application offers complementary services for call plans (Flow Up and Diagnosis), which are:

Our doctors
Some of the veterinary experts featured on the apps are respected doctors.
Only certified doctors can participate as medical experts on Scoty.
Veterinarians whose licenses are, or have been, suspended or revoked, for any reason, are not permitted to participate in any way, including submitting content to Scoty as a Scoty expert.
At Scoty, we do not disclose personal information about our members, however, you understand and agree that your choice to use Scoty's services means that identifying information about you and your pets will be available to the doctors you contact.
Scoty veterinary experts, professionals or specialists featured on Scoty are employees or independent service providers under contract with Scoty.
Therefore, any opinions, advice or information that may be expressed by any of these individuals is their own responsibility and that of no one else and does not reflect the opinions of “Scoty”.
Scoty does not recommend or endorse any specific tests, doctors, products, procedures, opinions, or other information that may be mentioned on Scoty or that may be mentioned by anyone authorized to use Scoty.

Appointment Cancellation
